Rainforest Cafe/T-Rex Landrys Club Questions

We are planning on going to Rainforest Cafe (or T-Rex) on our trip in Jan (we are on quick service dining so this will be out of pocket).

I was planning on signing up for the Safari Club but now I see they are doing away with it and going to just Landry's Select.

So my question is you get $25 credit for signing up and you also get a $25 credit for your bday. We are going to Disney in Jan for my bday. So will I be able to use both credits at the same time? And can these credits be used on alcohol, tax, tip (thinking no on the tax and tip).

Also wasnt there a 10% discount before or a free app or something. Seems like that is gone now.

And I cant seem to find the .99 coupons for the kids meals. Is that program gone now too

We currently have (3) $15 giftcards and I was thinking about getting a $25 from MyPoints but not sure now cause I will have an additional $50 to spend. Might do both rainFoest Cafe and T-Rex now. Anyone know if I can use Rainforest Cafe giftcards at the built a dino?

And is one RainForest Cafe better then the other? I was thinking of hitting the one at Animal Kingdom after park closes but would go to DTD if it was better.

Last Question any one know the price of the volcano ice cream thing (it isnt on all ears).

If I remember correctly... You can only use one of the offers. We were at T-Rex about 1 1/2 years ago and we had a couple of discount offers and could only use one of them.

I thought the credit builds up until you use it so you should have a total of $50 credit to use.

They give a 10% AP discount, on entrees only, at T-Rex. I also have the Landrys card. I got the $25 for signing up and then in March (my birthday month) another $25 and used them both that night. They are good on food and alcohol.

We dont have APs ...but good to know that I can use both at the same time...

Now to decide if I need the $25 giftcard from MyPoints too

I dined at T-REX last weekend and I was able to use my Landry's $25 sign on bonus and also my $25 birthday bonus. It automatically took them both off when the card was swiped. I also used a $50 Landry's gift card that I got from Mypoints. So it didn't cost us but a few dollars to have a huge meal!

This is exactly what we did - they accepted all of them at once, and the server even commented that she was surprised more people don't sign up for the club, even if you only use it that one time!
