Rainforest Cafe Pot Roast Recipe??

I have gotten so many wonderful recipes from you guys and was wondering if anyone had the recipe for Pot Roast from the Rainforest. My girls ignored thier own meals and ate most of mine the last time we were there. I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

I would love this also. Or even someone's similar recipe - I obviously can't cook because every time we attempt this it turns out tough.
