Rainforest Cafe/Landry's Gift Cards

I apologize if this is the wrong forum.

Does anyone have experience using a different Landry's restaurant gift card @ Rainforest Cafe? For example, using a Bubba Gump's or Aquarium Restaurant gift card.

I was told that as long as the restaurant was owned by Landry's that the gift cards are interchangeable. I did call Rainforest Cafe and ask them - they verified this. I just wanted to see if anyone has actually done it.

If they verified it over the phone I'm sure you won't have a problem. I've done it with other restaurant groups and never had an issue.

I've done this with other restaurant groups, and found on the back of the gift card, in tiny print, "can also be used at....".

Yes we used a rainforest at yak and yeti

Landry's tends to be pretty accommodating, if you sign up for their Landry's Select Card, you can also use your welcome reward or birthday reward at Rainforest, T-Rex or Yak and Yeti.
