We are a family of five going to Disney in May, should we make reservation at the Rainforest or should we be able to walk up and get in for dinner in May?

This is a very popular restaurant...I guess if I was sure I wanted to eat there, I would get reservations no matter when I was going. However, a lot of May is not all that busy, depending on when you're going. So what part of May will you be there, and what day of the week would you be going?

If it's Mother's Day weekend, or Memorial Day weekend, then definitely get reservations.

If it's the middle of the first week (like a Tuesday) you can probably walk-up and get seated within an hour.

If you don't get a reservation, you can put your name down and then go shopping while you wait...there are plenty of stores there.

Each time we have went there for dinner it was always after 4:00 PM and we have never had to wait for a table. So after giving our name were told to line up in the Elephant line or Gorilla line and we were then seated in that specifc room.
