We're thinking of eating here our first night. My Mom is kinda picky, but she'll go for a pepperoni pizza. Any thoughts on RFC pizza, and are they large enough for two?

I would say it is easily the size of a medium pizza!!

Yes they are large enough for two. My DW and I regulary share the pizza along with another item. We have always enjoyed RFC.

Just 3 days ago my DH and I split the appitizer sampler and 1 pizza and we could not finish it. The pizza is definately large enough for two. The meal and service were very good.
