I was happy with the results so now that means if I intend to lose weight again, it's between me and weight watchers. He said he knew of no miracle pill. Darn him anyway. I never did like men.

I don't think it is my eating as much as my not moving. Sit in a chair all day, drive home, sit in a chair. Don and I must start walking again. I have a treadmill and bike in my room. They don't have any clothes on them.

Yay for Alex being chosen! I haven't let my son try to be chosen because he wouldn't handle not being chosen very well. Your pictures are really good, Alex looked like he was really enjoying himself.

It is hard to know if you should let them try or not. Our first DHS day he watched a couple or three times to see what happened. All of my grandsons are very outgoing and I don't think any of them have learned their limitations yet. Austin had the lead in the 4th grade program. It was a Christmas play and he really can't sing a lick but he likes too. He was great and no one cared that his singing wasn't top notch. He was always in the choir in middle school. He sang bass but dropped out after freshman year then low and behold joined again last year. The teachers still loved him and that deep voice. (they must hear something I don't) So then he took theater. That teacher said he could have the lead in the play this year all he had to do was join theater his senior year. He is now back to football.

We knew we had all day for Alex to try and Sandi told him he could try everytime and still not get chosen. I do think the CM's are very good about watching the kids out there all day. Especially those who have either clothing, a sign or something to make them stand out. I couldn't bear it to have their hearts broken by not getting picked. Let's just say it made his and our day complete.

I am ready for school, kind of. I just got my classes yesterday. I'm going into 8th grade. I am pretty excited because I will being taking Algerbra I this year, which is a highschool credit. It'll be very challenging, exactly what I like!

Ginny, it's so great that Alex got picked! I am sure that the memories will last a lifetime! My DS loves Star Wars too, as he recently told me, so we will have to try Jedi training too!

Austin and Alex are both really big Star Wars fans, as am I. Austin was bummed that he was too old but he did everything he could to see that Alex got picked. What a good cousin. It truly was the highlight of Alex's trip. And ours. There is nothing better than to see those kids having such fun.
