Rain, Rain Go away

Don't normally moan too much about the weather, but this rain and wind we've been getting is horrible!
We now have a leak in our spare bedroom in the left corner and a leak coming down the light fixture.
Called our letting agency and they said keep an eye on it and call back Monday (it was 2 minutes until their closing time!)
We think it's coming from the rain running off the balcony of the penthouse above us.
Called the local fire station (non emergency no.) and they said to switch off the light electricity circuit which we have done.

I'm really hoping it won't get worse!!!
