We leave Friday:cool1: for trip to Disny. The weather does not look good at all. I am really concerded it is showing rain and bad weather all week. I have ponchos I am just hoping it does not get to bad.

Praying for better weather.

At this time of year, especially up in Orlando, that tends to be the weather forcast everyday. Usually the showers are in the late afternoon around 4pm and partly cloudy throughout the rest of the day.

Enjoy the trip.

Sorry you're disappointed, but we haven't had rain like this is so long and we really needed it.

We leave early Monday morning and I saw the forecast of Thunderstorms too. I sure hope not! This is DBFs first trip, my 2 babies first trip and my sister and her DH flying out from Ca for their first trip. Oh..and my parents first trip! So, yeah, I'm really hoping we at least get some dry time> I'm used to it raining in the afternoons when I've gone before, but anytime but This week would be nice!!

It has rained here all week - not the normal summer afternoon showers but raining all day and night and gray skies. We do really need the rain though, so it is hard not to complain. The chance of rain lessens up for when you will be here, but unless something changes, I would plan for rain. I hope you still have a good trip though!

On one of our trips to WDW several years ago we went in June and it rained nearly every day. We packed disposable rain ponchos - the 99 cent Walmart ones with us. When it rained we broke out the ponchos - the parks would clear out as everyone scattered for their hotel rooms and we just virtually walked onto every ride. :goodvibes

Yes - just pack ponchos and stroller covers and it will be great. The parks are so much emptier when it rains!

how bad has the rain been?? I mean..is it a downpour you don't want to be in, or will we survive the parks in our ponchos? I hope its sporadic!! This is my sisters first trip to FL from Ca!!

Yesterday was a constant downpour that soaked through everything. There were flooded out sidestreets all over.
Today it has been hit and miss. It has stopped for now and the sun is actually peeking out, but more rain bands are expected later.

We have been very dry so the rain is actually welcome right now.

Just pack some ponchos, small easy to carry umbrellas and you will have a great time with a whole lot less wait time in lines!

Yesterday was awful. It was a tough drive home in the rain, I could barely see the car in front of me. Today it has been off and on. There is a 40% chance of rain this weekend, which makes me think it will be lighter rain off and on, not what we have been having this week.

I feel bad for the people here on vacation this week!
