Rain frequency at end of April?

At the end of April, does Orlando typically experience the daily afternoon rainstorms or is it less frequent at that time? I'd like to get an idea and be prepared.

We were there the last week of April this year and got lucky, it didn't rain once. We got spit on heading into BOG at lunch, but that was about 6 light drops. I think the "afternoon storms" are later in the year. Of course you could hit a weird pattern, but a rain storm at Disney is better than a rain storm any where else!

It is less frequent. April is the driest month.

Yeah the atmospheric chaos doesn't usually ensure until late May. It's not warm enough over the Gulf yet to cause a stink.
