We've eaten at both DTD and AK Rain Forests, and thought the food and service was great at both. We had ADR's at both, and no wait at'tal.
If you have room - you have to try the banana cheesecake. It's phenomonal!!!
I don't know if you have small children, but ours were a bit frightened at the "thunderstorms" so if you have young kids, you may want to prep them about it.
