By chance are you in Canada? If so, I remember some folks having issues with the Canadian Disneyland website not showing things correctly. If you go to the upper right hand corner of the Disneyland website you can change the country and language of the page to the US English version.

So how is the poster given to tour members? Would they ship it to me or do have to bring a poster tube on my trip?

They just gave it to us, no bag, no plastic wrap. They gave them to us at the end of the tour which was next to the Toontown train station.
