Have this booked, not sure if I should be keeping it or not? Any picky-eater friendly options? Worth paying OOP?

Definitely one of the better restaurants on Disney property, it can be loud but the food and live dancing is awesome! The food is pretty comfort food friendly so nothing spicy or exotic.

I had the asparagus tart last month and it was quite good. The fish and chips are "meh". Salads are good. _I_ find everything overpriced even by WDW standards.

I think the fish and chips are actually the best on property: much better then Yorkshire or CHH. I usually get them at their counterservice, though.

Picky eater friendly? It really depends on where you're picky eater is from. It's basic Irish pub food: so, yeah, there's some curry, there's a pate, there's smoked salmon, there's bangers and mash (or booze, I think they say), there's shepards pie. To me, that's standard stuff, but it might not be.

They do have a burger, the mentioned fish and chips, steak, lamb, pork, and chicken, though the sides might not be what one is used to depending on where you're from. The lunch menu focuses more on sandwich's then heavy dishes, though, and may be a better idea for picky people. It's also cheaper.

We were there May 2014 and really enjoyed the food. Husband had a steak, 5 year old daughter enjoyed her food. I don't really remember mine thanks to the shenanigans of our then 1-year-old:) But we loved the atmosphere. It must've been good because they've both requested it for our November trip.

If you're picky they can pretty much homogenize any meat/dish to no sauce, spices etc. We love the braised beef w/ horseradish mash, carrotts & parsnips. The bangers & mash are good too! I have a friend who always orders the salmon & loves it. For Appetizers, scallop forest or battered little sausages. They have a warm spread made from cod & potatoes, very good, reminds me of Brandade or Baccala. Favorite dessert, the bread pudding, huge portion, so buttery.... I wish I had some now.

We love Raglan Road. I took my new to Disney fiance last year and it's the only restaurant he requested to go back to this year. Plenty of food for picky eaters. The fish and chips are great!

We loved it! DD and I both have a wheat allergy and got the fish and chips, which were really good (and gluten free, shockingly). My nine year old got Mac and cheese and chicken nuggets, or something like that, so there are definitely other options.

One of my favourite restaurants (and hang outs) on property. Their pies are always good. Just recently had a beef, curry pie ($19.00) that was awesome. Place is typically packed though they do a good job of getting your food out in a timely manner. The Sod of Stew ($17.00) is also very good as well. My second option if the "Pie of the Day" is not fitting my taste.

The portions are good size and I have never left hungry at all :)

Worth every penny! Once of the best restaurants on property for both food and atmosphere. The fish & chips are actually better here than Rose & Crown...and I love R&C!

The OP indicated someone in their party is picky, yet you recommend the asparagus tart?? :lmao: im sure it was delicious (its something I would enjoy). I just think its funny, out of all meals to suggest to picky eaters. :rotfl2:

We ate at Raglan Road once because it tends to be one of the highest rated restaurants in DTD.

While we thought it was good, we wouldn't go out of our way to eat there again.

I loved Raglan Road last fall & have 2 ADRs for my upcoming trip. I enjoyed the lamb shank entree and bread pudding for dessert. Was seated near the stage & enjoyed the dancing & bands. Great food & great live atmosphere. My new favourite!

This has been a favorite of our family for years. We were just there Sunday for Mother's Day and I have to say I was a little disappointed. We usually drink wine with dinner and Raglan Road HAD a decent wine list. They have recently scaled it back to just a couple of choices not even comparable to an Applebee's or Chili's. I know that beer is usually the drink of choice in a pub, but we were disappointed to see this change.

It is one of my only "must do" locations whenever I am in Disney is is always the first ADR I book. A trip to Disney is not complete without a trip there.

We ate here last year. Lovely food and great entertainment, would recommend giving it a try :o
