Raglan Road Appetizers on DxDDP?

The appetizers at Raglan Road are broken down differently than they are at most restaurants. Even though there doesn't seem to be much difference in price some are listed as appetizers for one and others as appetizers for two. On the deluxe plan can one person order any appetizer or would you have to have two people to order one of the appetizers for two?
