Raglan Road ADR when not staying onsite?

We'll be in Disney Springs for an afternoon and would love to have dinner at Raglan Road. We're not staying at WDW or even visiting the parks this trip, but can I still make an ADR? How far in advance could I do it, and can I make one online? Thanks!

If for some reason no times show up on Disney's site, use Open Table to make a reservation. They always have more times available for the Disney Springs restaurants. And you will have no cancellation policy, since they don't take your credit card.
