We've stayed at the Radisson probably 6-7 times & NEVER have had a room that needs repair or furniture that is torn or broken. It's ALWAYS clean, no evidence of things not being cleaned spotless in between guest. The pool is WAY better than CS&I (we stayed @ CS&I last year because the weekend of our cruise the Radisson was totally full) CS&I has no bar, anywhere, if that's important to you. The lounge chairs there around the pool are very hard & uncomfortable to lay on & their pool towels are a joke. They are so small you have to take 3 or 4 to feel like you've got a towel. The pool is very pretty & the hot tub very nice. There's no food there except the morning breakfast, which is very simple. CS&I is newer & very clean. We arrived around 4:30 pm on Thurs. & had to take our own luggage (which was a lot) to our room because the bellman had gone home

. The chocolate chip cookies are very nice but of the 3 nights we were there they were only available 1 night. We stayed in a king suite, no where near as nice as Radisson but it was nice & clean.Their bathroom was very nice with a large vanity sink area in bath. In the suite there is a small refrig. & microwave & coffee maker on a very nice cabinet. No sink there though or table. At Radisson, the king suite has a small kitchette with a sink, micro., refrig. dishes, utensils, & table with chairs (if that's important for your stay.) Also @ the Radisson the king suite has a huge jacuzzi in the bedroom, I LOVE that!

As you may have guessed, before a cruise we start our vacation staying a few days @ Port Canaveral before we get on the ship. So where we stay & the amenities the place has to offer to relax & enjoy is very important to us. If you're only there for part of a day & leaving the next day, then price is probably more important, then stay @ CS&I.
BTW, at CS&I the shuttle was free for us as well as @ Radisson.
Hope this review helps with making your decisions
ALSO: The rooms we stayed in did NOT open to the outside, our door to the room opened to the inside, carpeted hallway.
