Just a word of warning to anyone who likes to stay here. They've changed what they call a family room (no longer two adjoining rooms it seems). And they claim to be sold out already for July 31 2015. Really?! So I've booked adjoining double and twin rooms which is what they used to call a family room. Only it's made the price rocket :( £266 including 22 days parking but no breakfast! Oh well.......

On a brighter note. For anyone looking for just one room for a night they've got a pay in advance rate on line for £102 which I thought was cheap, but I only paid £87.20 for the same room by calling. (Other room and parking was £179, less great!).

Maybe they are refurbishing those rooms, hence the lack of availability? The standard rooms were looking a little tired! Or maybe they just haven't released them yet.

Either way, the prices seem to have rocketed year on year!

I rang up to ask and it was their booking person who said they were fully booked (as explanation as to why I couldn't find any family rooms advertised on line). Problem is it's so utterly convenient I don't want to stay anywhere else! It was cheaper ringing for two rooms and parking than booking it on line though. A bit.....

So, could you book 2x 1 night rooms-
But they wouldn't be guaranteed as next to each other-
However, much cheaper than a family room?! :confused3

About the same price if you add on parking I expect. But that was my issue with the website, not been able to guarantee connecting rooms as it was requiring one adult per room with a child. The invoices I have show two adults in one room and two children in the second room. Couldn't be done on the website for my dates.

There's a massive refurb happening at the hotel at the moment, when we visited to book our room for next May a while back there was a massive sign on the side of the hotel saying it was having a £1 million make over done through-out the year. They were doing the business suites when we were there :)

Hi. I've just booked a family room for the 29th July. Our print out confirms that this is two interconnecting rooms.

I dunno! We actually went to the hotel to book but were quoted ridiculously expensive prices so went home and booked online!

Did they show family rooms on line? I couldn't see any today when I looked after you posted. Which website did you use? Doesn't matter I've booked anyway now but it's intriguing me!

I googled "Radisson blu manchester airport", that took me to radissonblu.co.uk but it was for the airport hotel, then used the booking page to book 1 room, 2 children, 2 chn. The URL changed to .com, Options appear, first one family suite, click this and it clearly says 2 interconnecting rooms... It is for the 29th July. Still showing.
