Radisson Anaheim Maingate ?'s

Looking for anyone with any insight on the Anaheim Maingate, such as reviews, location, opinions, etc. Thanks in advance.

What maingate are you referring to? I googled Anaheim Maingate and came up with quite a few choices. We stayed at the Comfort Inn Maingate last Sept. if that's the one you're interested in I can let you know what we thought.

My mistake...apparently it is the Radisson Anaheim Maingate.

I would like to know what people think about this hotel.

We stayed there in April of 06. It's a nice hotel but NOT walking distance at all, you definitely want to use the shuttle. Our room was clean, the restaurant was nice, the staff was good but we won't stay there again simply because you have to use the shuttle. It wasn't so bad when we hadn't stayed within walking distance but now we would rather walk then shuttle it.

i was thinking of staying there but the reports on trip advisor put me off.

i've stayed there in 06 and in 07. 06 wasn't bad, 07, went downhill.. . .
could have been we had a sucky room, but the beds sucked and there was a lot of noise.

in 06 we used the pool, it is has DEEEEP end. . . deeper than 6 feet deep.

i do not recall seeing a jacuzzi there.

Well it IS a block but it is NOT a normal block. When you read block you think a short block, like a neighborhood block right? Nope, it's a block only because there aren't any cross streets disecting it but in no way is it a short or normal sized block. I just mapquested it, from the Radisson MG to the Tropicana (across the street from DL on Harbor) it is 1.31 miles. Not what I consider walking distance after a long day at the parks! And yes, the pool is very deep, I don't remember how deep but it was deep.
