Did nayone see this movie. I rented it on DVD last night and will be adding it to my collection. It was a really good movie, what did everyone else think?

I liked Radio too. Of course Ed Harris could make a McDonald's menu look like Shakespeare.

Our family LOVED it. We saw it when it came out and I made a mental note to buy it when it came out on DVD. I guess its time for a trip to Walmart!

I liked this movie as did my family. My husband especially liked Cuba in this movie. He did do an excellent job protraying the character.

Another movie I rented on DVD last week was "Second Hand Lions". That was a great movie! I liked it better than Radio. And if you get it on dvd don't forget to watch the deleted scenes. They were as entertaining as the movie itself, lol.

We rented it over the weekend too and watched it as a family. It is a great movie! We can all learn alot from stories like that! I loved it when they showed the real Radio at the end!

I haven't seen the movie. But, on the NFL network they did a story on Radio. Interviewed him and some of the school staff.

Nope. I didn't love it either. I didn't think it was a really BAD movie, just not one that I would go out of my way to watch again. I did think Cuba was great in it though.

DH and I thought it was great. Cuba did a terrific job portraying Radio.

If you own or rent the DVD there are some extra features that show more of the real Radio.
The real Radio also led the Clemson football team out onto the field at the Clemson-FSU game-they beat us too.

LOVED IT!!! DS -16 handed me a box of tissues before the opening credits had finished!!

Cuba was OUTSTANDING!! It is very difficult to portray a character who has limited dialogue.

Cuba was excellent. I also liked the little blonde girl in the movie. She did a great job in being totally into football and her dad.
