Anyone recently go at rope drop for a FASTPASS for Radiator Spring Racers? just wondering appox. How long lineups are now and what time they received as a return time.

Thanks so much, Just planning out our plan for DCA.

If you get a RSR Fastpass at rope drop your return time will be in an hour or two.
RSR FP on a typical somewhat busy day is lasting from 1pm-2pm

They don't really do lineups anymore ... everyone just makes a semi unorganized mad dash to the FP line now.

We were there three weeks ago. Pulled a FP around 10:00 with a return time of 2:00 to 3:00 ish.

Okay, Hmm with that response Cindi, now makes me wonder if it is best to do my orginal plan which was do FP as rope drop then head over to Toy story followed by that whole area with Goofy's fly school etc and then hit Cars Land about 1030 which i figured would be close to our FASTPASS Time

It does depend a little on when the park opened that day. I scanned the calendar for three weeks ago and DCA opened at either 8:00 am or 9:00 am. So cmpeter likely pulled a FP either one hour or two hours after opening. It can make a difference in terms of planning, so you might find out how long after opening she pulled the FP and then make your plans from there.

In terms of your plan, it depends on a few things. Firstly, is it a EMH day at DCA? That will really impact the lines at TSMM. If it is an EMH day, then TSMM will have a pretty decent line built up by the time the park opens to non-EMH guests. Second, do you want to do multiple TSMM rides? If you do, I would consider a little backtracking and head to TSMM first thing at rope drop. You can often get in more than one ride before the line gets longs. Then after TSMM, head back to get the RSR FP.

It was an hour after park opening but also an EMH day for resort guests. Oct 16th. I had a RideMax plan that was estimating a FP return time of 6:00 pm if I pulled a FP at 10:00 am. The earlier return time sort of messed up my schedule. :-)
