Radiator spring racers?

So we went last year and rode it several times, we went again this year and rode it again.. we all thought it felt a little faster and the main drop was slightly more intense. Did they do any changes to it?

Each race is a bit randomized as to who is ahed where and who will win, so there are subtle differences each time.

Day and night feels different - feels faster at night to me. I'm not saying it actually is ... but feels that way probably because of the different lighting etc.
