i can remember trig :-D the mest way to remember it is SohCahToa (Sin = Opposite over Hypotenuse (sp?), Cos = Ajacent over Hypotenuse (sp?) Tan = Opposite over Ajacent)

i can't remember how to find the sides or angles on any of them :-O teach me them :p

Yes, SOHCAHTOA..

Can ONLY be used for right angled triangles.

Ok so, what if we have two angles and an opposite sides on a non-right triangle? We use the sin law.

If you are finding a side, put the unknown on top.

a = 23
- -
Sin24 Sin 96

Then we cross them. a = 23Sin24
-------
Sin 96

Sides ( if its a right triangle) can be found using SOHCAHTOA or the Phtyagorean theorum.

a2+b2=c2

Angles can be found if you have 2. Or find one angle then youll have 2.

Then take them away from 180.

All 3 interior angles in a triangle must add to 180.

i remember that :-D yay :)

now the angle is like:

a = x
Sin24Sin96

a = xSin24
Sin96

right?

Attempt that for me.

i hate doing trig.
but you use tan for that. (opp/adj)

tan 46 = 15/12

i think

OOPS WAIT it's hyp

so its...

sin 46 = 15/12

I THINK XD

We had to do this so much last year

Grade 10.

Ok so.. Geroge. NO, BAD BOY!

Your using Phythagorus.

THIS ISNT A RIGHT TRIANGLE.
