What's rededication?

well on the opening day of Epcot, there was a dedication speech. I don't know what this one is but the idea is like the speech Walt Disney made when DLR opened. Well on October 1st, Epcot's 25th, a group of people are going to Epcot where someone will say the dedication speeh again i think... it's not an official event run by disney but disney is supporting it.
