(Other posts seem like a general discussion / questions so I thought I'd make a post for reviews so I'll start)

Walked on first thing in the morning around when the park opened and was told it was going to be a "30 minute experience" as I was entering. Walked to an area where they gave me a yellow colored card and told to go to the second level. The first level I barely got to experience. It was a nice set up of tributes of past hosts (as others already reported), I snapped only a couple of pictures.

I noticed there were screens to watch and interactive screens, but passed them to the stage where the Ragtime Gals quickly appeared. I've only seen few clips from Jimmy Fallon's late night show, so when I heard about certain things that would make an appearance, I was worried I'd not get the jokes. However, I thought the Ragtime Gals were funny, as well as talented singers. Also, "S-A-R-A" was amusing too.

The pre-show was entertaining enough, as it didn't have the usual boring presentation on rules that we're required to know before going on a ride.

The worse part of the experience was the seat for the actual ride. I had a feeling it would be a struggle as I always need "modified seating" on rides, but I noticed the person next to me was seriously struggling as well. For if you want to buckle your seat belt, you need to do a lot of serious touching and feeling to find the crease of where to click in.

The ride itself was smooth and gentle. People have been throwing back the "Soarin" and "Star Tours" comparison around, so if I'd have to choose one, it'd be Star Tours. It doesn't have the vehicle design of Soarin'. The massive screen, as well as the graphics were the most impressive part of the ride itself. I personally enjoyed the ride as a whole. Nothing groundbreaking. However, it was a smooth and decent ride and the visuals I personally enjoyed. I actually wished it was a little longer so we could see more of "New York". Definitely enjoyed it more than I thought I would.

Last note, it wasn't a "30 minute experience" as a walk-on. Not complaining about it, just wanted to comment on it. I found it interesting the person needed to tell me this before going on and everything all together didn't take that long. Perhaps, that is their estimated time they desire to have, or plan to have in the future? Not sure.
