Race rock/mercado

I know money has been tight but does anyone know if there are plans to develop Race Rock and to build on what was the Mercado?

Race rock is being developed - I noticed diggers etc there when we went past end October. There was a link on here a few weeks ago about what it was going to be - some sort of restaurant/entertainment chain.

Sadly, Race Rock is going to be a Dave & Busters. It had initially been bought by the Tavistock Group and I had high hopes for an exciting new concept restaurant, but it seems they got cold feet and sold it on.
