My daughter and I are also running the Rock and Roll Half Marathon relay in Virginia Beach. We hit the Expo near opening time today and were overwhelmed....looking forward to running Sunday. Good luck everyone running at DL and elsewhere!

My daughter and I had a blast at the rock and roll half marathon relay in Virginia Beach this morning. The race was really well run, and they even had one of the 4 X400 female Olympic gold medalists at the start! We will definitely consider this race again, but next year we will be at DL so Christine can receive the C to C medal, and me too!
