R&C fireworks dining

Is a fireworks dining considered an Exchanting Extra or a restaurant reservation? Meaning will booking open at midnight or 6am?

I just booked this on Saturday. You will need to go through the enchanted extras page but it opens at 6:00am like other dining ADRs. When I put in my info the page showed that it was available but the page was blank at the bottom so I couldn't continue. I had to start over three or four times. I did get an ADR for three on my 60+8 day. I hope your time goes more efficiently.

Anyone else trying to get their hands on this for the first week of November and find it odd that every single day isn't available - even though this month and next both have availability (minus 1 day in October)? I've been trying to do this ever since my first 60 day opened up.

Normal? Weird? My vacation planner seems to think it's just the way it is...but it feels very strange.
