Quote/picture, how do I make this?

I am looking to frame a picture and a quote. I dont think printing the quote on paper would last, it would probably fade, right??
I am new to all of the snapfish, etc places. Is there anywhere to make something like this online and then order the print? I was thinking quote on top and pic below???

I am looking for an 8 x 10 size.
Any creative people out there who can offer some suggestions? I would appreciate it!

I have no idea. I actually clicked because I need to do DS yearbook tribute and can't figure out how! You might have good luck asking over at the crafts board.

I thought I saw something like you want on Walgreens Photo website. I love their website and use it all the time. If you go to Walgreen Photo and look on the left hand side there is a, "shop by occasion" section, under that is a "scrapbooking" selection. Click on that and there are some options you can play with.

The neat thing about Walgreens is you can upload your pictures, place an order and have it ready for pick up in an hour in most cases. One day is the most I've had to wait. I really like that I can pay at pick up time.

Okay. I guess you can tell I like it a lot.
