I am looking to go on the 7 day cruise in March of 2006. This will be the first cruise for our family of six. I am looking to book 2 connecting category 10 staterooms. Can anyone please offer their opinion as to the quietest location or room numbers? Access to elevators, restaurants etc. is not important. I just need QUIET rooms! (Is this even possible!) Thanks in advance for everyone's kind help!!!

Hi there -
I have not been on a cruise yet, but am booked for a 4 day in August 2005. We booked two connecting cat 10 rooms on deck 1. They are 1075/1077. I posed this question myself before booking those specific rooms and got nothing but good responses about them. I imagine we will hear *some* noise seeing as they are so low in the ship, but I am hoping it won't be too loud and I expect it would be mostly when the ship is docking at the ports.
Maybe someone else will chime in with their experiences. Good luck!!
