Hi. We're going to be staying at the Boardwalk in January in a 1 bedroom. Can you recommend which rooms, floor, or section to request to ensure we get a quiet room? Thanks.

No, we exchanged in with Interval International using our Trapp Lodge, Stowe, Vermont.

When you check in you can ask for a room at the very end of the hallways. This will have less traffic coming and going. Many folks like to be closer to the elevator as the hallways are very long. DH and I discovered the difference in how quiet it can be at the end of the hallways compared to closer up. This last trip we were halfway down the long hallways to our room. We heard people running and talking throughout the night in the hallway. Lat trip to BWV we were at the end of one of the long hallways and we never heard a sound.

We've stayed at BWV probably a dozen times and feel like we've stayed in just about every general section. We love them all. I find your neighbors have more to do with degree of quiet than the room locations. We have 3 boys and we always remind them of the other guests nearby and to be considerate. However, not everyone follows that credo.

I don't know what view II trades into but it will probably be pool/garden view. I would request quiet pool view, top floor.

Thank you to everyone who replied. I am so excited to be staying at the Boardwalk!

Thats DVC real secret ........ssshhhhh don't tell anyone .

I love the end of the hallways:woohoo:

You might ask for a room located next to one of the cleaning supply rooms. We like these as we have no neighbors directly behind our headboard. Quiet as we try to be ... it is hard to hide the sound of the blow dryer early, early in the morning.
