Quiet Pool on "TOP" of the new DVC CR wing?

Read the pool thread and thought this may be a good idea so you could see Wishes etc from the pool. There is a pool on top of a hotel in Duluth MN on Lake Superior-great view. Forget updating the main pool-OK update it also. Hoping its not a rumor (DVC at CR that is).

The Hilton in Las Vegas has a pool on the top, it used to be called the second largest man made body of water in Nevada. A pool on top sounds great to me.

There's also a pool at the Hilton (I think that's what it was) in downtown San Antonio. So the idea of putting a pool on the top of a hotel isn't unique-Las Vegas, San Antonio, WDW!
