i joined quidco after hearing about it on here and i just have a few questions

it says i recieved a payment on 23rd jan but this payment is not in my bank ?? does it usually go in on the date stated or later? how do i even find out where i set up for the payments to go ? i did open my account a while ago but only just started booking

also i booked some hotels on hotel.com through quidco but they had the free cancellation so do i not get cashback for these?

or do i get it after i have stayed in the hotels?

Usually the payment runs are the 1st and 15th of the month. Unless your account specifically says you have been paid (i.e. the activity says 'paid' next to it rather than 'confirmed') the money will be transferred into your account via BACS on the 1st of Feb. 'Confirmed' is when the retailer has confirmed the cashback and the money has been received by Quidco. 'Paid' is when it has physically been transferred ot your bank by Quidco.

Regardless of the above, it does usually take a couple of (working) days to show up in your account.

With hotels.com bookings through Quidco, it does state in the Ts & Cs that these are not paid until the stay has been completed.

ok great i will check again in a few days and see if the payment is in my accounts

should the hotels purchase be showing in the activity box yet then or will it not even appear in there until after the stay ?

No, it should have been 'tracked' but won't update to 'confirmed' until after the stay has been completed. If it isn't showing, you may need to raise a cashback claim.

I've had an email to say I've been paid by Quidco today - however it does say allow three working days so should show in your account next week
