Please go to QR right now to transfer your old QR balance and combine it with your current QR balance (excluding pending shopping,surveys,offers).

Remember you must do this even if you did a transfer before or if we did it for you.

Let me know if you have any questions and please help be bump this post so that others will not miss it.

I did as instructed and it was smooth as silk.

Looking forward to using the new site when it is up and running.
 
I must say, I am not as happy as everyone else. I have had trouble time and again with the transfer. I had no plans to make a new email just to transfer the old stuff and I guess it doesn't like me for that. At this time I give up. I have emailed the support team, I even put DIS member in the subject block as instructed the other day.
Oh well, I guess I shall just stick witht the ones that work well for me.

You don't have to make a new email. You can use the same one. The only reason why I didn't respond to you yet is because I knew that we will be changing the way transfers are done and didn't want you to do it twice. If you go to quickrewards.net now and do the process it will be easy and painless.
 
Okay, mine transferred, but i think i messed it up. I didn't read anywhere that I needed a new email. I used my old one. THis is TOO confusing. I only have one email for rewards. What should I do now. Don't want to lose the cash I've already earned!!!

Where do you see that you have to use a new email?

Page 1: Enter your new QR login info
Page 2: Enter your old QR login info
Page 3: Double check that the amounts are correct and hit submit.

YOUR NEW AND OLD QR login might be the same.
 
Mine worked and I did have the same old and new email address and password. No problem. Thanks so much!!!
 
okay, at the end it said something about old and new email and i thought i messed up by not having a "new" email. Mine worked fine then.

I do love the site, but got sick of not getting things fixed. I was able to transfer my stuff today, so I will give it another go.

I am sure that one person could ban another member. It would take more than one thing and the mods must have looked into it I am sure. Mods don't just do things off a one time thing. I would hope not... no I am sure they are more than fair. Maybe they are putting him in time out until they figure it out and or something we are not aware of.
You know what goes on that we don't see cause rumors. I believe the mods do their job well and we must not know everything.

I do not think the blog was done well and could have been said in another way.
I also think it is great that the owners of these sites are here on the DIS to help us get more money.
I will still give him another chance as I said in the first post.

Again before we judge, remember we do not know what goes on in PM's and every thread and post on this board. The mods can see all and they make judgment the way they see fit based off the rules set.
 
I am also having a hard time. It keeps telling me that my user id/e-mail does not exist. I have e-mailed support, but I have not heard back yet. uggg!!!
