Quickly - I'm casting my Disney Shareholder vote online...

I usually don't have opinions on things like this. I voted against M. Eisner, J. Estrin, G. Mitchell & J. Bryson as was instructed on SaveDisney.com. Section 2-5, I don't know, should I just mark "abstain", I really don't know what it's pertaining to . I have not submitted final yet - quick opinions please, I'm going to wait for guidance from fellow DISer's

I read SaveDisney.com , but it mainly just mentioned Section 1, it says vote how you wish for 2,3,4,5, I don't mean to sound dumb - but I just don't know so I'll probably "abstain".
