Quickest way to EPCOT

My mother is flying down and is taking the ME...but she plans on bypassing the resort and heading straight to EPCOT. What would be the best/fastest way to do this? Disney transportation is the only option.

I am assuming the ME to Beach Club and then walk over to EPCOT.

She is staying at ASMo.

I had always thought that you had to get on the ME bus for your resort. If thats the case, she'd have to head to ASMo, then bus it.

Taking DME to another resort is not an option. She will take DME to ASMo and then take the bus to Epcot.

That's what I thought but I was double checking...We haven't used MDE since our first trip since now we live much closer and drive.
