Quickest way from PPH to the park(s)...

Hey all,
My family and I will be taking a short weekend trip to DL and usually we stay at DLH and have gotten our route to the park down; however, with only being there for a few days we decided to try out PPH this time.
Looking at the map I have never walked from that area to the gates, so is there a path or easy way to get to DTD are and also into GCH for the DCA entrance?

Nobody is allowed through the front doors of the GCH now unless they are registered there or have an ADR. You'll have to backtrack to DTD through the opening by Earl of Sandwich. Security is now located in that area.

On your walk back, you can enter GCH through the cut through near Sephora and exit the Main Entrance.

If you aren't happy with that arrangement, I suggest you email Disney your concerns.

Mid-December when they changed the security check point location.

Thank you! I like to stay at the GC, but when I'm on a tighter budget I stay at the Anabella so I can walk through the GC and access some of my favorite places to hang out. I knew security was making changes to the GC entrance, but didn't realize this.

Yup...quickest way from PPH to the parks is exit the rear of the PPH lobby and follow the marked walkway to enter DTD between DLH and Earl of Sandwich. It is only an 800' longer walk than cutting through the Grand but the new security checkpoints are now a breeze.

As mentioned, walking back to the PPH however you can still cut trough the Grand to exit either from DTD or DCA.
