Quickest way from DHS to AK?

We are planning a 4 Parks in One Day Adventure.

Yes. The CMs will point you in the right direction. The only park that doesn't have them right out of the gates is the Magic Kingdom. There you have to go to the TTC or to the Contemporary resort to grab one.

Okay, so just talked to Mears to get a fare quote. He tried to tell me there are park to park buses. I'm pretty sure there aren't. Just to and from resorts. I'm a right?

I know there are park to park buses, I've used them. And Alesia mentioned them in her post. But you wanted quickest, and buses may not be the quickest. That would depend on timing. Sometimes a bus pulls up right as you need it, other times you have to wait.

There are park to park buses.

A taxi will take about 15 minutes. i've never had the bus take more than 30 minutes when going between parks, including the wait time.

Drive time for cab or bus is the essentially same. (Cab may be a few minutes faster, because Mears cab drivers routinely exceed the speed limit.) The "10 to 15 minutes longer" is the wait time.
