Quickest ROFR turnaround in history???

We made an offer last Tuesday on an SSR contract Feb use year 200 points 195 2011 points remaining. We offered $64 a point and paying closing costs. Seller pays all 2011 maintenance. Was submitted to DVC for ROFR on Friday. I just got word from TTS that Disney waived today!!!! Talk about quick!!!!

Congratulations on the quick ROFR decision. We received quite a few ROFR's today within a week or two of the contracts being submitted to DVC.

That makes for happy buyers.

Congratulations! We also just heard late this afternoon that we also passed ROFR for BWV (went to ROFR on Thursday) 150 (2010) banked points, 150 points on 8/1/11 and 150 points on 8/1/12. Just thrilled and so happy with TSS for the fast prompt attention.
