For a one night stay with a four year old, which would be better, Pop Century or All Star Movies?
Don't care about amenities, so much as a fast bus ride.
I prefer POP over the other all stars, but with a 4y/o, I'd do Movies! I think a child that age would love the icons there...not sure they would "get" the POP icons!
At Pop the icons are still fun....there's the mickey phone, lady/tramp, mowgli/baloo from the jungle book, etc. I think a 4 yr old can definitely relate to that! Their arcade is fabulous as is their food court & pool (hippy dippy pool, bowling pin pool, and computer pool). Pop does not share buses, whereas the all stars sometimes do.
Flip a coin, it doesn't matter which one you choose. The bus service isn't better at one than the other and they're practically carbon copies of each other.
I've stayed at both and don't have a preference because they're so similar.

Pop is also the last bus stop at most parks etc, however. But yes, you get the bus to yourself. I agree with PPs that the theming at Pop would be great for a child -- larger than life Mickey Phone and Foozball table? check.
I prefer the AllStars. We only shared buses in the middle of the day and they were only crowded at park closing. Remember that POP may not share a bus but there are twice as many rooms and the buses are always crowded as is the food court. All Stars are more intimate that way.
