Still hoping for Free Dining.... If I get it we are 3 Disney Adults and 1 Disney Kid. It looks like their are 3 quick service places that my nine year old will want the adult meal and not kids meal. Yak & Yeti, Pecos Bill, and PizzeRizzo. I will just pay for those OOP. Any ideas of what I can do with 3 extra kids quick service credits? Any place with something actually good that someone else might want to eat?

I'm not coming up with much, what can I do with these? Maybe I can gift them?

I know the DIS will have ideas.

It could always change in the future, but as of now (and it has been this way for quite a while), there is no distinction of adult and child QS credits on the dining plan. So, unless things change, you can use her credits to order her adult QS meals if that's what she wants.

Okay. It's coming back to me now. We had free dining in 2014 but I slept since then. I was remembering that she could get it at places like Yorkshire that didn't have kids meals but forgot they don't really show as kids or adults. Thanks this is helpful.

If you are worried that a CM won't let you and you have your spouse along, we just had me buy two meals (adult) and husband go through and buy another (adult) meal. With 2 adults, and 2 children, we just split 3 adult meals and often it was still too much food. Some have said that a CM wouldn't let them buy all adult meals at once, only the number of meals that equals the number of adults in the party.
There's no reason to pay OOP and then have 3 QS credits leftover.
