We are planning our first trip next month and we will be using the QSDP. Which QS restaurants have good food and big portions that can be shared?

We really liked:
MK- Cosmic Ray's- different choices from burgers/fries to chicken and ribs
AK- Pizzafari- great pizza, adult plates had 9inch pizza and ceasar salad
DTD- Wolfgang Puck Express- super yummy

There are some different threads out there on this topic, try the search engine. I had a list of different QS restaurants suggested for each park with me so that we could decide our touring day when we got hungry.

MK - Columbia Harbor House
EC - Sunshine Seasons, Tangerine Cafe
Resorts - Everything Pop, Riverside Mill

I dont think you are going to find too many QS locations with very large portions. But ones suggested above are probably your best bets.

MK - Cosmic Ray's - you can easily share the chicken and rib combo

Really anywhere they have a burger or sandwich and fries combo imo that can easily be split especially since the dessert is usually not too small.

It definitely depends on how much you want to eat though....

MK has Cosmic Rays in tomorrowland, they have a half rotisserie chicken with ribs, mashed potatoes and veggies, large enough to share with a child, small eater, AK has Flame tree Barbeque, ribs are shareable, also 1/2 smoked chicken.

best QS- Cosmic Rays, Columbia harbor house, pizzafari, flame tree bbq, sunshine seasons, cantina at san angel inn, and Earl of Samdwich

DHS has zero good QS in my opinion

The counter service restaurant at Norway has large sandwiches with a side salad and dessert of your choice. We thought the food was very good.

Wolfgand Express in DTD Marketplace has HUGE portions!!!! The pizzas are great and enough for 2 or 3. Other things there are huge also.

Pepper market in CSR and the food court at POR are favorites with us. They can be a nice break from the parks too. Great food for counter service!

We loved: Flame Tree BBQ (AK) and Pepper Market (CSR) and Cosmic Rays was pretty good (MK). Pretty big portions-can problay share if you're light eaters.

Definitely the Tangierine Cafe in Epcot Morocco-the shwarma platters are humongous!!

DH and I have shared a tuna sandwich at CHH. On the DDP we were able to get a second soda in place of dessert.

At WPE we shared a pizza. I wanted the dessert there and they gave us the second drink for FREE.

We have also shared a sandwich at the bakery at Norway.

The BEST QS places are:
MK: Cosmic Ray's, Columbia Harbour House, Captain Cook's (in Poly).
Ep: Boulongerie Patisserie, Mexican Fast Loaded Nachos, Liberty Inn, Sunshine Seasons.
AK: Flame Tree BBQ
HS: Pizza Planet

However, Keep in mind that after a long day of walking and excitement at WDW, the portions at any of these places are most likely not large enough to share. For that, you may need a TS, unfortunately.
