I am trying to decide if the Quick Service Dining Plan will save us any money. I'm just not sure and maybe we would just break even.
There are four of us that would require the adult plans. We are arriving at lunch time on a Friday and staying until late afternoon on Tuesday. We will be off-site all day on one of those days to visit other places in Orlando. Maybe we'd squeeze in an early breakfast at our resort or late dinner that night at Disney, maybe not.
We are planning to eat 100% counter service meals on the days when we are at the parks and/or in our resort. No interest in sit down meals for this trip. I do not think we'd make much use of the refillable cup because we are usually water drinkers. Our appetites are "average."
The other consideration is that purchasing a Dining Plan requires us to buy our park tickets through Disney (is that right?) which means we'd lose a potential discount from buying through a discount ticket agency.
Would you get the dining plan?
