A quick service dining card is offered instead of a dining plan when a Disney springs partner hotel is book through the Disney website. Is there anyway to purchase a dining card if the Disney springs hotel was booked not through the disney website?

You would pribably need to check that with the third party vendor you use to book the hotel, but as a complete guess, i would say no.

Agree with @kaytieeldr above...probably not, but you can try.

Even Disney owned resorts do not allow the ddp to be added to 3rd party reservations, unless things have changed recently.
