Can u use them for snacks? If so where & do u get more than 1 item?

Use to you could use a CS credit to get 3 snacks but from everything I have read on these boards and others, they stopped that in 2012.

Maybe someone will post here that has had a different experience and was still able to get snacks with a CS credit.
