Quick service/counter service meal ressies?

Hey!
I'm planning a trip in November. It will be over Thanksgiving week, so I'm expecting heavy crowds this week. I've already decided where I'd like to book our Table service meals(God-willing we'll get them), but what about our quick service meals? When I looked at the listing of possible places, there were some cafe type restaurants included on the list of quick service meals we could choose from. Does anyone know if you can make Reservations for these and if they are counted as a couter service credit ?

It really depends which ones you were looking at. Like Beaches and Cream is a table service on the dining plan, but they don't take reservations. Anything that is considered counter service is walk in only.

A few places to try if you have a hard time getting ADR's (you probably won't because there's still a lot of people who don't know dining is now 180 days instead of 90.)
