Let me preface this quick set of reviews by saying we are wine drinkers. We enjoy wine with meals, as an afternoon cocktail so part of my reviews will be colored by the perceived quality of the wine program.
Dinner - Rose and Crown - food was quite good, noticeably better than May 2015. DD had the fish and chips, DH had grilled NY strip, and I had pork two ways. Wine list was weak but had a Parker Station Pinot Noir, which was a little light weight but okay.
Breakfast - Crystal Palace - very good, good variety of choices. Servers were much better than buffet level - we saw ours frequently for liquid refills and check in. Character interaction was nice.
Dinner - Raglan Road - a favorite of ours was good though the menu has changed a bit. The D'Lirrah sampler platter is still there, and it was quite good. DD did Nom Nom wings for dinner. DH had Sod the Stew, which was heavy on the beef and gravy, which he complemented with good mashed potatoes. I had the Braised Be Beef, which was okay - the meat was tender though a bit dry and there was no evidence of horseradish in the mashed potatoes, which made them flat. The wine list was terrible. Since December it has been decimated, with very few choices. It was very disappointing. We had a bottle called Saved, which while okay was not a repeat.
Breakfast - Olivia's - service was s l o w - took almost 45 minutes for French toast, scrambled eggs, and a pastry platter. Food was okay but would not make a trip to eat there.
Dinner - Kona Cafe - sushi was good, pot stickers mushy, and wings pretty standard fare. DH had a steak, which she said was good. DH had the chicken Taal, which had a nice curry flavor with a rich taste, not fiery. I had the pan Asian noodles with shrimp, and it was tasty but not a repeater. DD had the Kona cone and DH and I split Yuzu Citrus tart. Both were good. Wine list was okay. We ordered 2 glasses of Champagne, which took over 20 minutes to show up -- apparently the flutes went AWOL so the Champagne was served in white wine glasses. The manager comped dessert and coffee for the delay(s). For wine we did a Sake that was okay but not a quality Sake, the equivalent of entry level - $45 for a 750 Ml, when we thought we were getting a 375.
Dinner - Boma - very good. Much was tasted and enjoyed. Had some nice South African wines, and we enjoyed a Fairview Pinotage.
Breakfast - Kona - oh the potatoes, bread basket and the juice. Yum. The rest of breakfast was standard eggs, bacon, etc., with the benefits of visiting with Lilo and Stitch along with Mickey and Pluto.
Dinner - Yachtsman Steakhouse - excellent. DD had a filet, DH the Kansas strip, and I had the NY Strip - delicious. Wine list was best we saw on property. We splurged for 2 oz pours of Opus One and then had a lovely red. Pricey but enjoyable.
Lunch - Boathouse - wanted to like this more than we did. The Baja Coconut shrimp were not flavorful, they were butter flied and then coated but I would rate them as average. The Srichacha shrimp were wimpy, no spice, very small and pricey for quality. DD had filet sliders that she said were good. DH had a 1/2 rotisserie chicken with papaya slaw. He enjoyed the chicken but the papaya slaw was flavored heavily with an herb (cilantro?) that made the slaw inedible. I had the lobster roll, which had minimal binder and was served in a toasted split roll. The lobster was plentiful but not strongly flavored, was not really tasty because there was not a lot of taste. The wine program was decent we found a nice sparkling wine and then a white wine with lunch called Equillibrium that was a nice balance to the meal.
Overall, we found our meals to be okay (Olivia's and O'Hana) to excellent (Yachtsman). Living outside Washington, DC, we didn't find the prices outrageous but we did enjoy our TIW discount. I do wish WDW would put some effort into its wine program. There were pockets of good wine but also programs that are suffering from neglect. There are ways to offer quality wines from around the world that will still allow for profit. I hope they do.

Thanks for the reviews and the insight! Yachtsman is one of favorites on property and their wine list is quite nice.
