You can do this through member services either by calling or by e-mailing. You have to have all of the names an ages of everyone in your travel party.

Yes, call MS with all the info on your party. They will contact the Grand Gathering (GG) people and get back to you with a Magical Gathering (MG) number. After you have the MG number, you can call the GG people directly to make GG event reservations. That's how it use to work anyway.
