So we leave tomorrow - I made all my ADRs before they instituted the $10 penalty so my reservations are supposed to be grandfathered into the old policy, right? I did not put down a credit card, etc. for any of them.

So I'm starting to get reminder emails for the reservations in day 1 and 2 of my trip and they all have the "There is a 1-day cancellatio policy and a $10 per person charge if you cancel within 1 day of the reservation or are a no-show for the reservation" - at the bottom of the email. Can I assume they are just putting that on every reservation reminder regardless of when you made it or anything?

I'm not intending to cancel or no-show, but would like to preserve my right to cancel under the terms I originally made my reservations (i.e. no cancellation charges) just for principle's sake.

Thanks for any easing of my type-A mind :-)

If you did not provide a credit card when you made your reservation, they have nothing to charge, therefor you will not be charged

If you made the reservation before October 26 the no-show charge does not apply - except at CRT, dinner shows, Akershus, California Grill or Victoria & Albert's, as these restaurants were already on a prepayment or credit card hold system.
