We will be going to Sea World in the 2nd week of March. Can anyone tell me if it worth it to purchase a Quick Queue Unlimited pass?

It all depends are you going to the park to get rides in or are you going to mostly see Animals and shows? Generally if you arrive early and go to the attractions right when they open you wont have much of a wait. Same thing with waiting till the end of the day to ride. Wait times are shorter then. Its middle of the day time frames when waits are at the longest.

This past Sunday at SeaWorld at 3:30pm These were the posted wait times I saw:
Sky Tower 45min
Antarctica 70 min
Manta 60 min
Journey to Atlantis 55 min
Krakan 30 min

I would not buy them ahead of time. Wait till you get in the park. Walk around and see what crowds are like. That will help you make a decision on what to do. Several stores and the front info desk sell the quick queues so you will be able to get them if you decide you want it.

Do the passes cost more if you get them at the park?

No, they start at $19 on the website and they start at $19 in the park. It depends on the season you go what the price is. I checked a brochure I had that I got in the park for in park upgrades and verified the prices are the same in park vs website.

I did not realize you could buy QQs at the stores throughout the park AND at the online price! I totally agree with 919Florida to wait until you are at the park to decide. And get there when the park opens!

We bought the QQs for our visit the week of Christmas. We knew it might be crowded, we had a very full day planned with the extra shows, and we knew we would want to do multiple rides on Manta, Kraken, and Journey to Atlantis. (And, honestly, I just really hate waiting in lines!) We did not regret our decision.

It really goes either way. There have been times when I'm so glad I purchased in advance and then others when I wish I would have just waited until I got to the park to purchase because it wasn't as crowded as I expected. Like others said, wait until you get to the park to purchase!
