Quick Questions re: toothy grin smiley face

This is my favorite smiley (the one that I used as a message icon for this post) - the one with the big grin - but while it remains in the message icon list, it has DISAPPEARED from the smilies list to the left of where you type. Two things - I vote for it to come back to that list, as I used to use it all the time, and second - what is the keyboard shortcut to make it manually - just in case it doesn't come back?

You can always click the "IMG" button on the reply screen and enter http://disboards.com/images/icons/icon10.gif in the dialog box.
