Quick Questions about roles!

On the site, it says that you must complete a role checklist. I cant see what it looks like because I'm not able to apply yet. If someone with experience in the program could kindly let me know, that would be great And also, do you get to choose what you want to work as, or do they pick for you based on what you're studying? I was a little confused when I looked at the site. Thanks!

The role checklist is just a list where you check off which jobs you would be interested in. They ultimately decide your role and your exact location. Once you are accepted, you will receive your role, but your location will not be discovered until you begin your CP.

Here's a hint, honestly only put on the list what you are interested in doing. If you check off QSFB or even custodial just because you want to look like you really want the job and are willing to do anything, they will put you in those roles. I speak from experience.

It's the list where you pick the roles you want to do in the CP. Only pick the roles you want to do, because if you pick QSFB or custodial you most likely will be put there (of course, if you want those, then by all means pick them).

Here is a list of the roles that are available for you to choose from in case you hadn't already seen it.

You are able to pick the ones you would be willing to do, and then Disney will assign you one based on the ones you picked, which they feel you would be best in, and which have openings.
